Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Zinc also contributes to normal vitamin A metabolism, normal carbohydrate metabolism and normal fatty acid metabolism. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E.
Recommended daily intake: adults – 1 capsule once daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
